3D Printing instructions:
- STL files designed for FDM printing
- Print bed needed for 1/8th scale: 220x220mm
- Infill: Frames 30%, All Drive Shaft Elements 70-100%, Everything else 10-20%
- Layer height: 0,2 mm
- Print Speed: 40-60 mm/s
- Noozle diameter: 0,4 mm
- Support: all parts can be printed without support! You can save the environment!
- Material: PLA, ABS
- Cooling Fan Speed: PLA 100%, ABS LOW or OFF to prevent warping
- Extruder (Hot End) Temperature: PLA (190-220°C), ABS (220-250°C)
- Bed Temperature: PLA (50-60°C), ABS (90-110°C)
- Bed Adhesion: 3DLAC Spray adhesive (For perfect adhesion to the printing bed and to avoid warping)
- We printed most of the parts with PLA filament. The front Rocking Arm, Turnbuckles
and Drive Shaft Elements were printed using ABS as this filament is more rigid and sturdy!
You can also try using TPU 95A or higher to have flexible parts for better durability! - Neither Rafts nor Brims needed for printing
- Slicing made with Prusa Slicer
We 3D printed it with an Ender 3 V2 Neo
These files are optimized for 1/8th scale, but you can attempt to mod & resize for Your needs.
However, a huge load of modification may be required!
