3D Printing instructions:

• Body part STL files are designed for FDM printing.
• Print bed needed for 1/10th scale: 220x220mm
• Infill: 10%
• Layer height: 0,2 mm
• Noozle diameter: 0,4 mm
• Print Speed: 40-60 mm/s
• Support: model is support free!!!
• Material: PLA, ABS
• Cooling Fan Speed: PLA 100%, ABS LOW or OFF to prevent warping
• Extruder (Hot End) Temperature: PLA (190-220°C), ABS (220-250°C)
• Bed Temperature: PLA (50-60°C), ABS (90-110°C)
• Bed Adhesion: 3DLAC Spray adhesive (For perfect adhesion to the printing bed and to avoid warping)
• We printed the body with PLA filament for low shrinkage, if you have an enclosed printer, ABS should not be a problem
• Neither Rafts nor Brims needed for printing.
• Slicing made with Prusa Slicer.

Its robust appearence simply mighty and commands respect. That’s why we’ve brought it to life in 1/10 scale without any compromises. We combined a Trophy Baja with the commercially available version, we hope you guys like this mixture. Unlike many manufacturers, we always design the body first, making sure to respect the real-world dimensions. Only then do we develop chassis options to fit it perfectly, using the uniquely developed RC Trophy Truck Chassis nr.3.

Many factory-made RC bodies, in contrast, are tweaked to fit universal non-customizable chassis, often leading to odd proportions. They are too wide, too short, or stretched. However, our model is a direct downscale of real Ford F-150 Baja. It is maintaining every line, angle, and proportion as intended. So, if you are after a model that truly looks like an actual 1/10th version of the real thing, then you’ve just found it!

From the unique interior of this F-150 model to its american “self-confidence pumping” bodywork. We’ve been modeling carefully every exterior design element to ensure maximum fidelity. As a result, all details make it stand out in any RC lineup. Moreover, everything—the front grilles, wheel arches, windows and overall stance—faithfully mirror a truly outstanding Ford F-150 Baja with a proper front section. For the first time ever we designed Roll Cage and some Interior design a dashboard with a steering wheel into this Body Kit set. Ultimately, this model is a very interesting set up, but the final verdict is in your hands! If you would like to change something, please post on our forum!

The solid materials already tested by us: ABS, PETG, PLA should work! We did not have time to see how the cage works if printed using flexible materials like TPU. It is definitely something that is ahead of us which has got to be done! In any case you guys do it, please share it on our forum or under one of our videos on Youtube!

Perfectly Engineered for 3D Printing

We didn’t just scan a model and call it a day. Instead, optimized each body part for FDM and front, tail lights for Resin printing! Ensuring that even consumer-grade printers can produce high-quality results. Furthermore, the panel lines are crisp, the fitment is designed with tolerance in mind. We would like to point out that the final 3D print requires some post-processing (sanding) if the impeccable surface look is to be achieved. In our Youtube video we also tell how to print the Body using TPU in order to get a flexible Bodywork.

A Fully Customizable Experience

Do you prefer a clean factory look, a full beast replica, or just a unique personal touch? Regardless of your choice, this STL kit allows for limitless customization. Additionally, the included Lighting Design allows for LED lighting systems to be applied (Front-Tail-Roof lights). Furthermore, with the separate parts, you can print different components in various colors if you’d like to skip painting. We built this model using Blue Acrylic paint then also put on a protactive layer, but of course it is entirely up to you!
