Dear Customer/Visitor,

any data you are giving on this website will only be used for your account and payment identification.

Payment is happening via the automated system of Stripe.
Right after purchase you will be getting a receipt to your given email address. Please make sure you are giving a valid address you have access to or you will not be getting any kind of notification about the purchase.

In case of successful payment you are able to download the same way you are with free items.

Any issue might rise after the payment:
Look for the order number in the in the summary section of the receipt e.g. “Model FACTORY – Order xxxx”
If the payment was successful, but download for some reason not possible contact us via the email address found on our YouTube page.
