Quote from Melissa Piper on January 12, 2026, 1:58 amThank you so much, this helps a ton!! I was wondering do you have any idea why no matter if I print this at its normal scale or re-size it, the rear wheel well does not line up… here is a picture of what I mean… The arch does not flow, it divers over then back down. (it not screwed all the way together anything in this photo, just took it for reference since it doesn’t line up properly in any configuration. Any insight would be amazing.

The two parts are printed in different orientations to avoid using supports.
Because of the different orientations, the two surfaces deform differently.
Try sanding the connecting surfaces a bit.

Quote from Melissa Piper on January 12, 2026, 5:25 pmHi there!
This is not an orientation issue unfortunately. The bolt/screw holes line up perfectly. I am not speaking of the gap between the top of the bumper and the bottom of the rear. I know why there is a gap in that at the moment. I am talking about the wheel well arch not lining up with the arch that should connect to it on the bumper. Perfectly put together with the bolt holes lining up perfectly as they do, the wheel well does not line up or match to the bumper arch. I’ve highlighted the part I am speaking of in the photo attached here.

I know what the issue is. There is a part called fcv_body_rear_bumper_top missing from your assembly 🙂
I have attached a picture for reference.
